Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched.

Once an order is packed, out for delivery or delivered, cancellation may not be available.

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, serviceability issue, suspicious activity or incomplete customer information.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within the stated refund timeline.
