Refund & Return Policy

Returns or refunds are available for damaged, expired, missing, incorrect or materially different products.

Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos or videos where applicable.

Opened, used or perishable items may not be eligible for return unless the issue is due to damage, expiry, incorrect item or quality defect at delivery.

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Cash on Delivery refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.

If a replacement is available and accepted by the customer, replacement may be offered instead of refund.
