Payment Policy
Available payment options may include UPI, QR payment and Cash on Delivery depending on admin settings and serviceability.
The final payable amount is shown before payment confirmation, including product total, discounts, delivery fee and applicable charges.
For UPI or QR payments, customers should complete payment using the transaction reference shown during checkout.
If payment is deducted but order confirmation is not shown, customers should contact support with transaction ID, UTR or payment screenshot.
Failed or duplicate payment refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification.
Customers should never share UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, password or sensitive payment credentials with anyone.
